This template is designed to be customized once and reused across all of your client inquiries — so it's worth taking the time to get every detail right from the start. Before you begin editing, gather the following:
  • Your logo file (PNG with transparent background works best)
  • Your best images
  • Your pricing, package descriptions, and à la carte items
  • 2 testimonials you'd like to feature
  • Your FAQ content
  • The destination URLs for your "Book a Call" and "Send a Message" buttons

Please note: all copy throughout this template is intended to serve as inspiration and placeholder content only. You will need to replace all text with your own brand voice, process, and service details to ensure the proposal feels authentic to your business and personalized to each client experience.

CUSTOMIZATION
This template is organized into sections called canvases. Work top to bottom, updating each one before moving to the next. To edit any text, double-click the text box and type directly. A note on groupings: Several sections use grouped elements — Our Process, A La Carte, and FAQs. To edit text within a group, double-click into the group, then click the specific text box you want to update. To add an item, select the full group, use Ctrl/Cmd+C and Ctrl/Cmd+V to copy and paste, then drag it into position. To remove an item, select the full group and delete it. Always check mobile view after adding or removing any groups.

Each collection below has two layers: the main view (the image and collection name visible on the page) and a detail view that opens when a visitor clicks. Both need to be updated.

MAIN VIEW
Click the collection canvas to select it and customize the image, title, description, and starting price. There is no need to change the button link.

DETAIL VIEW
Click the collection canvas and navigate to the lefthand panel, under the Page tab. You'll see two folders - MAIN VIEW and DETAIL VIEW. Click DETAIL VIEW and you can freely edit the content.

MOBILE
You will notice that there are canvases called "Mobile Buffer" - these are canvases that activate on mobile when the 'View Details' button is clicked to drop down and create more space for longer text boxes in the more detailed overview. Once you are finished customizing the full details, take a look at mobile while DETAIL VIEW is actively selected to make sure that there are no overlapping elements, and that this buffer is long enough for your content. You may need to adjust accordingly, dragging elements further down the page and extending the mobile buffer length using the slider in the ruler to the left of the canvas.

How involved will we be in the planning process?

As involved as you would like to be. Some clients prefer a highly collaborative approach, while others trust us to lead. We tailor our process to match your preferences while ensuring every detail is handled with intention.

What is required to secure our date?

A signed agreement and a retainer are required to officially reserve your date. From there, we begin the planning process with a clear and thoughtful roadmap.
